1. Notice Period for Cancellations
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.

2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend without notice, will result in a £20 charge. This fee covers the therapist’s time and preparation for your appointment.
